💖 Your Booking
Luxe Escapes with Sammi operates as an independent travel consultant and is part of The JLT Group.
When you make a booking, your contract will be with the relevant tour operator, airline, or travel supplier. Luxe Escapes with Sammi acts as an agent on your behalf.
✈️ Making a Booking
To confirm your booking, you will be required to:
- Provide accurate passenger details (as per passport)
- Pay a deposit or full balance as required by the supplier
Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and confirmation has been issued.
💳 Payments
All payments are made in line with the supplier’s terms and conditions.
- Deposits are typically non-refundable
- Full balances must be paid by the due date
- Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your booking
❌ Amendments & Cancellations
Any changes or cancellations will be subject to the terms and conditions of the travel supplier.
- Amendment and cancellation fees may apply
- Some bookings may be non-refundable or non-changeable
We will always assist where possible to minimise costs.
🛡️ Financial Protection
All bookings are made through suppliers who provide financial protection, such as ATOL or ABTA, where applicable.
Details of your protection will be provided at the time of booking.
🌍 Travel Insurance
It is a condition of booking that you obtain adequate travel insurance.
Your policy should cover:
- Cancellation
- Medical expenses
- Travel disruption
🛂 Passports, Visas & Health
You are responsible for ensuring you meet all travel requirements, including:
- Valid passports
- Visas
- Vaccinations and health regulations
📄 Accuracy of Information
It is your responsibility to ensure all booking details are correct.
Any errors must be reported immediately, as changes may incur additional charges.
🤍 Our Role
As your travel consultant, I am here to support you throughout your booking journey.
However, I am not responsible for the provision of services by third-party suppliers.
📩 Complaints
If you experience any issues during your trip, these should be reported to the supplier immediately.
You may also contact me directly, and I will assist wherever possible.
🔒 Data Protection
Your personal data will be handled securely and used only for the purpose of arranging your travel, in line with GDPR regulations.
✨ Agreement
By confirming your booking, you agree to these terms and the terms and conditions of your travel supplier.
